General terms and conditions of the Eggert Shop

Value added tax included
The shown prices in the shop include the legal value added tax of 19% (respectively a value added tax of 7% for communion wafers).

Rectification reserved
The prices are effective at the time of publishing. Later price changes are subject to changes. For potential mistakes in the shop, we reserve rectification.

Payment terms
Each invoice is payable within 10 days net after invoice date. For new customers we reserve the right to demand payment in advance. Please state customer and invoice number on payment imperatively.

Delivery terms and costs
Delivery warehouse plus delivery and packing costs. Delivery ex Hamburg resp. the goods remain in our possession until full payment is made. Place of fulfilment for delivery and payment is Hamburg. This also applies if goods are delivered through a third party for us.

Claims
Claims have to be made within 14 days after delivery. Due to individual custom work, minor variation in colour and size are possible. Custom made article are excluded from redemption.

All offers are nonobligatory.
